Joanna will guide you through a gentle breathwork and visualisation practice, to connect with your chakras and prepare yourself for the experience to come. The Gong bath supports your ability to enter into a deep meditative state, calming the mind and nurturing the soul. Reiki will be sent to the group, and during the integration time, each participant receives a short reiki healing to further support a healthy flow of energy through their physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
