Join a monthly Female Connection Circle hosted by somatic coach Kristin Ahlbäck directly after her Meditative Dance session at Frei und Sein, Berlin.
Once per month her Monday eve meditative dance session will be followed by a female connection circle.

The circle is for women who want to connect to their body, playfulness, joy, strength, creativity, voice and breath, and to connect with other women; to witness, nourish and celebrate each other and ourselves.

The circle starts at 7pm traveling deep into our body, connecting to ourselves and our somatic and energetic flow. This is your personal #meditativedance.

At 8pm we set up a circle formation and dedicate an hour to sharing, artistic expression, witnessing, nourishing, and celebration of each other.

You can join from 7pm or come for only the circle at 8pm.
