Our bodies long for movement and desire more grounding, fluency, ease, integration, freedom, connection, space, and time to explore it all. This whole-day four-part experiential embodiment series is designed to experience the abundance of our bodies and discover in depth how each of them, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual, wishes to move, open, and transform.
We will go beyond the body movement and focus on where we wish to create abundance in our lives: tapping into the intelligence of four elements & celestial energy — encouraging the qualities and potential within ourselves that hold this richness. Whether you wish for more confidence, more flow, more action, more creativity, more freedom, more ideas, more intimacy, more joy, more possibilities, or more passion, it can be found in the elements, in how our bodies incorporate the qualities and essence of the earth, water, air, and fire.
Embark upon an embodied journey into yourself through the doorways of somatic exploration, movement, astrology, celestial magic, journaling, contemplation, breath, sound & stillness, individual & group discussions, tapping into deep awareness, innate wisdom, embodiment & expansion of self. Every day is a separate entity and can be booked individually. However, since all our bodies coexist, opt for the four full days to deepen your practice and understanding of them. EveryBODY is welcome.
