Incarnation invites you to their third event in the Agàpe series, part of a larger series exploring each Chakra (or “Energy Centre") with guest herbalist Lea Sophie. The Solar Plexus Chakra is the energy of transformation, the alchemical fire that liberates us into proactive creators, from seed to blossom.
In the spirit of nature’s cycle and call to spring, during the workshop we will learn the wisdom of plants and their medicines that we can take into the new season. We will explore the lessons of Mugwort, Rosemary, Masterwort, Fennel, Anise and Caraway through meditation, storytelling, smoking and a tea ceremony. You will also get the chance to take home your very own remedy that you will create.
Power is not a thing, it is a way that we learn. An unbalance in this energy expresses itself as anything from low energy, discipline, digestion or victim-mentality to being overly aggressive, manipulative, stubborn, competitive or hyperactive… even if none of these are calling you, if you are simply curious to learn how to connect to herbal medicine, this workshop is for you.

About Lea Sophie
Lea Sophie is a passionate herbalist eager to share her knowledge in medicinal herbs. She embarks deeply in her own healing journey in which wild herbs and mother nature play an essential role. She believes that as we humans are part of nature we will only heal ourselves and our planet if we recreate a strong connection and bond - through meditation, knowledge, creation and plant medicine.
