As we bid farewell to the year gone by and stand at the door of new possibilities, join us for a rejuvenating and introspective Restorative Yoga class on New Year's Eve.

"Reflect, Release, and Renew" is a carefully crafted 90-minute session designed to guide you through a gentle journey of self-discovery, encouraging you to release the old and welcome the fresh energy of the approaching year.

Class Highlights:

Reflect: Through guided visualizations and moments of stillness, you'll have the chance to reflect on the experiences of the past year. The class encourages you to honor the lessons learned, cherish the joys experienced, and gently release any burdens that no longer serve you.

Release: Embrace the concept of letting go through a sequence of restorative poses.Supported by blankets, bolsters, and props, these poses will specifically target areas of tension, allowing you to surrender both physically and mentally .Release the weight of the past and create space for new beginnings

Renew: Through soothing practice of Restorative yoga and guided meditation, renew your energy and deepen your connection with your inner self. As you settle into the moments of stillness, set the positive intention for the new year, breathing life into these affirmations with each mindful breath.

This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
