Hosted by Anuja Varithamby & Malte Steinhoff from b23
We live in uncertain times — fast-moving, demanding, and often overwhelming. Many of us feel unsettled, caught between anxiety about the future and the exhaustion of the present. But what if, instead of drifting into doubt or hopelessness, we would ground ourselves more deeply in presence? What if we could strengthen our inner resources and step in community with trust? What if we slow down in an ever-accelerating world?
This mini-retreat is an immersive 3-hour experience designed to reconnect you with yourself and find solace and optimism within. Through mindfulness, journaling, conscious relating, and a transformative Kundalini activation session with a live DJ set, we create a space for stillness, reflection, and connection.
We’re not aiming to bypass reality or force positivity. It’s about finding clarity within the noise, steadiness within the unknown, and a future-facing optimism that’s grounded in a firm sense of presence. Whether you’re navigating personal crossroads or simply seeking a moment to reset in times of unrest, this mini-retreat offers the tools to return to yourself and move forward with a little more trust.
About the Anuja
Anuja (she/her) is a force of nature—an embodied bridge between worlds, a yogi, a dancer, a mermaid, and a healer. Anuja is rooted in both German and Sri Lankan cultures, moving fluidly between the elements, blending ancient wisdom with modern science to guide others on their path to transformation.
Her journey began at the crossroads of two opposing cultures, igniting a deep curiosity about existence, emotions, and the true nature of being. Raised in a Hindu spiritual environment, she initially resisted its constraints, seeking her own truth beyond family traditions. However, this very foundation ultimately led her to study yoga in its full and holistic spectrum. Life’s hardships and illnesses then became catalysts for a profound journey of healing and self-discovery—one that continues to unfold.
As a licensed yoga teacher, aquatic bodywork therapist, somatic dance facilitator, and Kundalini Activation guide, Anuja integrates a vast range of knowledge from diverse trainings, scientific research, therapeutic modalities, and her own transformational experiences. Above all, she remains a lifelong student—continuously learning, healing, and evolving.
She believes in synchronicity and trusts in the innate power of self-healing, recognizing that we are all walking each other home. Her calling is to create safe spaces for healing and transformation, where individuality and authenticity are honored at their highest expression. With peace and love as her guiding forces, her vision is to inspire and influence meaningful change in the world.
