We practice dynamic Yang Yoga and gentle Yin Yoga to make opposites noticeable in the body and to balance our energies.
We learn exercises that balance our central nervous system and talk about theory to practice. How can we strengthen our resilience through the body? And what do our feelings have to do with it?
