Fundamentals of a Reiki 1 Course:
-What Reiki is, how it works & how to activate the energy
-The ethos, benefits & fundamentals of Reiki and the 5 Principles
-The history of Usui Reiki Ryoho
-Hand positions and method for self-treatment & treating others
-How to sense energies and feel energetic imbalances & areas which require healing
-Understanding & balancing the 7 main chakras
-Energy protection, cleansing & grounding rituals
-Connecting to the aura
-Meditation practices

Unique to a Visionary Reiki 1 Course:
-A visionary & psychedelic perspective of Reiki and how to apply the principles for healing
-Energetic practices that help you more deeply connect to others & the environment around you
-Practical applications of Reiki for the modern day human & how it can benefit everything from the food you eat to assistance with a question or problem
-Energetic principles and how to apply them to everything for optimal states of being & healing

This training will be completed over two days from 10:30 - 17:00 (with a lunch break each day). After completing the course, a 21-day self-cleansing & healing period is advised where you give yourself a Reiki self-treatment every day for 21 days.

Small group size: 8 participants max.
