This English-led training welcomes people from different backgrounds to a week filled with movement, joy, exchange and tea. The program focuses on integrating physical activity and mindfulness into your daily routine to enhance well-being and productivity. Participants will be enabled to disseminate effective methods for stress relief to their colleagues and to initiate simple movement techniques for restoring joy and motivation at work.

Meet the space holders

  • Nikola worked as an engineer on the african continent for 18 years. She became a yoga teacher in Mozambique, a dance enthusiast in Zimbabwe and a Burn-Out Expert in Uganda. Since her return to Germany in 2019 she leads courses in movement experiences, stress management, team and self awarness. Key features of trainings with Nikola are: surprises, a high energy level with space for stillness and insights, joy and the insurance, that everyBODY is welcome.

  • Malte is a certified meditation teacher, a DJ and the co-founder of b23 Space. Over the years he deepened his practice through retreats and through his time learning from a Yogi in an Indian ashram. The essence of his work are his own daily practice and his deep curiosity to explore the many ways we can connect with ourselves and others in the present moment. His teaching approach can be described as simple, holistic, playful & heart-centered.
