Sustainability, Circularity & Herbalism: Part IV Compost Colours

P R I M I T I V K O L L E K T I V presents ‘Sustainability, Circularity & Herbalism’, a series of workshops in collaboration with Isla Coffee Berlin

The series is focused on sharing traditional, environmental and practical insights within herbalism in the prevention of waste. We work with raw and wild ingredients, processed with our hands and aimed at empowering others to restore their own well-being and live sustainably through practical skills rooted in primitive wisdom.

IV. COMPOST COLOURS
Tuesday 22nd October 2019, 19:00 – 21:00
Our typical food waste has the potential of offering us a wide spectrum of colours for natural dying. Through the extraction of these colours, we can develop recipes using natural modifiers and create intuitive and experimental solar dyes.

Each workshop is two-part: beginning with a presentation and discussion around the beneficial uses of specific plant specimens, followed by a hands-on processing and crafting.

The workshops will be taught in English (with German translation)

Ϫ Participation
per workshop – €40
for the entire series – €150
