What is sprouting?
Sprouting is the natural process by which seeds or spores germinate, putting outshoots. An already established plant produces new leaves, buds or further growth.
When seeds are planted, they first grow roots. Once these roots take hold, a small plant will begin to emerge and eventually break through the soil. When this happens, we say that the seed has sprouted. The scientific name for this process is germination.
We have started at this point of the plant as we would like to sprout with you, germinate as a group and grow throughout the year experiencing the full cycle of life.
