Mindful Laughter Mondays

Join our online Mindful Laughter community every Monday evening via Zoom, (English).
I am a certified Laughter Yoga Coach since 2016. I am originally from the UK but I now currently live in Berlin, Germany.
In this evening session we combine laughter exercises, childlike playfulness, and breath work to help stimulate laughter and all of our chuckle muscles. This helps us to relax, balance our body/mind connection, let go any stress inside our body and feel fantastic.
It’s so much fun!
